The most depth in life comes from relationships :) They can bring the greatest joy and security and also the worst pain and despair. Today was a joy and security day, and I heard HWN in my relationships with friends and family :)

I spent time with my friend Mike in the morning, and caught up after a couple months. I also enjoyed watching his daughter explore as we walked around the mall in conversation :)

My parents got here today, and I got to go to dinner and the Creamery with them (as well as some shopping, but that’s not the most interesting part :)
