I listened to President Uchtdorf’s talk from last night’s women’s conference and loved this quote:

“God didn’t design us to be sad. He created us to have joy!”

I agree that it is joy, rather than sadness that is the purpose of our design. And perhaps this is one of life’s most important — to “have joy!”

I heard HWN today through this reminder to have joy :)
