I got to workout in the gym at work today, and tonight for FHE we played “Tron” — basically ultimate frisbee mixed with a dance party :)

Blue + Purple Team

Yellow + Green Team

And then I played real ultimate frisbee with some friends! A total of maybe 2.5 hours of sports :)

I heard HWN today through the blessing of a healthy body!
